Steel City Interactive Upscales to New Sheffield Studio

Steel City Interactive has relocated to a larger studio in Sheffield, UK, and expanded its workforce. This strategic move follows the successful Early Access launch of its debut title, the boxing game Undisputed, on Steam in January 2023. Founded by the Habib brothers in 2020, Steel City Interactive has experienced significant growth. "The past year has been remarkable for our studio, marked by team expansion, game development, setting up our new studio, and forging strong partnerships. With the boxing community's overwhelming support and our team's dedication, we are poised for a stellar 2024," Ash Habib noted. Furthermore, the studio has bolstered its leadership with eight key appointments. New additions include Tom Miles as head of studio, Ben Heavens as head of production, Dayantha Walawwatta as art director, and Ashleigh Meale as people and culture manager. The leadership team is further strengthened by Christopher King, senior designer, Steven Dalton, senior A.I. programmer, Carly Drew, head of marketing, and Neil Millstone, technical director.
