Nexon's Warhaven Announces Closure in April

Nexon's multiplayer title Warhaven will cease operations on April 5, 2024, just four months after its global early access launch. The developer has announced that sales of the game's battle pass have been suspended, effective today, with a detailed shutdown timeline to be shared at a later date. In a statement on Steam, the team expressed gratitude to players for their support, acknowledging the efforts made to create a game with long-term appeal. Despite its shortcomings, the team appreciates the affection and support Warhaven received during its journey, which began with its first alpha test in 2021 and entered global early access in September 2023. Plans for the game to exit early access this year have been abandoned.
