Activision Blizzard Reaches $55 Million Settlement with California State

The remaining amount will cover legal fees. Furthermore, the company will continue its efforts to increase diversity and inclusion for staff and applicants from underrepresented communities. The settlement is subject to court approval and may be modified before implementation.
