The Game Awards 2023 ceremony was marked by significant wins for Larian Studios and Remedy, with Baldur's Gate 3 claiming six prestigious awards including the coveted Game of the Year title. Additionally, Alan Wake 2 secured three notable awards out of its eight nominations. Beyond its Game of the Year win, Baldur's Gate 3 was recognized for Best RPG, Best Multiplayer Game, and Best Community Support, while Neil Newbon received the Best Performance award for his portrayal of Astarion. Alan Wake 2 garnered accolades for Best Narrative, Best Direction, and Best Art Direction.
