Bandai Namco Expands UK Presence with Three New Store Openings

Bandai Namco is further expanding its retail footprint in the UK with the launch of three additional stores this month. The first store, set to open in Ealing, will offer a range of products including Gashapon capsule toys, Ichibankuji ticket prizes, and Sun-Star Stationery, starting from tomorrow. Meanwhile, Brighton's North Street will welcome a new store on December 12, featuring arcade games and Gashapon collectables. A third store is slated to open in Sheffield's Meadowhall shopping centre on December 15, with a focus on Gashapon and Sun-Star stationery. As part of its growth strategy, Bandai Namco aims to introduce larger stores across the UK in 2024, complemented by touring events and nationwide brand activations. This expansion builds on the success of its first UK store, which debuted earlier this year as the company's inaugural outpost outside of Japan, followed by a second London location at Victoria Place last month.
