Harry Krueger Departs Housemarque After 14 Years
Housemarque has confirmed the departure of Harry Krueger, a veteran game director who had been with the studio for 14 years. Krueger initially joined Housemarque in 2009 as a programmer and went on to contribute to several notable projects, including Resogun and Matterfall. He also held the position of game director for the 2017 release Nex Machina and the 2021 title Returnal. Upon announcing his exit, Krueger expressed his appreciation for his time at Housemarque and optimism about the studio's future, citing an upcoming project and the continued support of Sony and PlayStation Studios. According to Ilari Kuittinen, Housemarque's general manager, the studio is preparing for its next major release.
