Bandai Namco Establishes Studio 2 and Studio S for Nintendo Collaborations
Bandai Namco has officially introduced Studio 2 and Studio S, an in-house development team dedicated to collaborating with Nintendo on various gaming projects. This team of skilled developers has been working on Nintendo-commissioned projects for a while, with notable credits including Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mario Kart 8, and Arms for the Nintendo Switch. According to a statement on the studio's website, 'As a group of professionals who prioritize quality, we will continue to create world-class titles.' The studio's website also reveals that out of its 152 staff members, 32% are recent graduates, with a gender distribution of 22% female and 78% male developers. Additionally, Bandai Namco has recently expanded its presence with a new store opening in London.
