MyDearest Secures $8 Million in Funding to Fuel Expansion
MyDearest, a prominent VR game development company, has successfully raised $7.8 million in its latest funding round. The newly acquired investment will enable the company to diversify its game portfolio across multiple platforms, including Meta Quest and PlayStation 5, while also augmenting its publishing capabilities. Led by SBI Investment, this funding round brings MyDearest's total investment to $16 million. Founded in 2016 by Kento Kishigami, Yosuke Kori, and Shotaro Chida, MyDearest has established itself as a key player in the development of immersive VR experiences, with notable titles such as Tokyo Chronos, Innocent Forest: The Bird of Light, and the highly anticipated Brazen Blaze.
