The Day Before Release Pushed Back by a Week

Fntastic has once again postponed the release of The Day Before, with a new launch date set for December 7 on Steam Early Access. This decision was made just a week before the game's initial release date of November 10, with plans for console versions to be announced later. According to the studio, the full version of the game will be released when they are confident it is the best possible version, and player feedback will play a significant role in achieving this goal. The next-generation console version will also be released at the same time as the full version. This delay follows a previous postponement in January due to a trademark dispute that led to the game's removal from Steam. It was also revealed last year that some of the game's development was done by unpaid staff members.
