The Work With Indies job board has pledged to donate its entire revenue to charities providing aid to Palestine, emphasizing a commitment to humanitarian causes. In a statement, the platform expressed its desire to alleviate the suffering of innocent individuals and families, transcending political, religious, and racial boundaries. Throughout the month, all revenue generated will be directed towards organizations delivering vital assistance to Palestinian families, including Medical Aid for Palestinians, the Palestine Children's Relief Fund, and the World Food Programme. Indie developers listing job openings on the platform until October 31 will have their payments channeled to these charities, supplemented by a contribution from Work With Indies. This initiative draws inspiration from the 2021 Itch.io bundle for Palestinian Aid, which successfully raised over $900,000 for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, thanks to the efforts of Toadhouse Games founder Alanna Linayre and the participation of 1,200 independent game developers.
