Analogue Unveils Reimagined N64 Console, Set to Debut in 2024

Analogue has confirmed the development of an N64-inspired console powered by FPGA technology. Scheduled for release in 2024, this device will enable gamers to experience classic 64-bit games in stunning 4K resolution. Although pricing details have not been disclosed, the console aligns with Analogue's tradition of crafting retro gaming systems, ranging from portable to home-based consoles. In a related development, preorders for the Analogue Duo, a console inspired by the TurboGrafx-16, commenced in May. The Duo supports various game formats, including Hucards, TurboChips, and CD-ROMs, and is priced at $249.99. First announced in 2020, the Analogue Duo is also known as the PC Engine outside of North America.
