Metacore Establishes New German Studio

Metacore, the creator of Merge Mansion, has announced the launch of a new studio in Germany. According to MobileGamer.biz, the Berlin-based studio will focus on developing content for Merge Mansion and potentially new titles. CEO Mika Tammenkoski stated, "After extensive planning and market research to support our growth and talent acquisition, we are thrilled to announce our expansion into Germany." Metacore also reported generating nearly $136 million in revenue for 2022. Furthermore, the company revealed that Merge Mansion has achieved 50 million global downloads since its September 2020 release. Earlier this year, the Finnish gaming company acquired Everdale from Supercell.
