UK Boxed Charts: EA Sports FC 24 Holds Top Spot Despite Sales Decline
The latest UK physical charts reveal that EA Sports FC 24 has maintained its position at the top, despite experiencing a 48% drop in sales across all platforms, with the most significant decline seen on Xbox Series X|S. According to data from GfK, two new releases have entered the top three: Assassin's Creed: Mirage at number two and Detective Pikachu Returns at number three. The rest of the top five consists of Mario Kart 8 and Hogwarts Legacy, while Mortal Kombat 1 has slipped from second to eighth place with a 38% decrease in sales. For the first time since its release in May, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has dropped to the bottom of the top ten, with a 10% decline in sales. Additionally, several titles have re-entered the charts due to price promotions, including Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, which saw an 875% surge in sales, as well as F1 23, It Takes Two, and Need for Speed: Unbound.
