Sad Cat Studios Secures $5 Million in Funding

Sad Cat Studios has revealed a significant $5 million investment, courtesy of GEM Capital. This infusion of funds will be utilized to drive the development of upcoming projects. A portion of the investment is earmarked for the launch of Replaced, the studio's highly anticipated platformer, which has been rescheduled for release in 2024. Initially unveiled in 2021, Replaced represents a major milestone for Sad Cat Studios, founded in 2018 by Yura Zhdanovich and Igor Gritsay. According to Zhdanovich, "Our studio's overriding mission has always been to craft experiences that we, as artists and creators, can take immense pride in, and Replaced undoubtedly serves as our first major testament to this vision."
