Amber, a leading game development company, has unveiled the launch of its inaugural studios in Taiwan and the Philippines, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy. These new locations are integral to Amber's plans to bolster its international operations and reinforce its position in the gaming industry. The Taiwan studio, under the leadership of General Manager Jason Chien, will focus on art creation, programming, and game design, aiming to enhance the company's expertise in developing AAA games. Chien brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as Director of Game Services at Amazon and founded Bit Toys. In the Philippines, the studio will be headed by General Manager Mel Songco, with a focus on quality assurance, localization, and player support. "Our primary draw to these regions is the abundance of talented individuals who can enrich our development capabilities and contribute to our goal of creating exceptional games. Establishing a presence on a new continent also enables us to respond more swiftly and efficiently to our clients' needs," stated Jaime Gine, CEO of Amber.
