Vesa Jutila Takes the Reins as Return Entertainment's New CEO

Return Entertainment, a pioneer in cloud gaming, has named Vesa Jutila as its new chief executive officer. Jutila's appointment comes as the company prepares to broaden its operational scope and leverage its industry expertise. With a background that includes co-founding Hatch Entertainment, where he served as chief commercial officer for five years, and a stint as vice president of commercial operations at Rovio Entertainment, Jutila brings a wealth of experience to his new role. 'It's an honor to lead this innovative cloud gaming company and be part of Return Entertainment's talented team,' Jutila stated. 'The future of gaming is cloud-native, and I'm excited to collaborate with our partners to deliver seamless and instant gaming experiences on smart TVs.' Founded in 2019 by Antti Sartanen and Tuomas Paavola, Return Entertainment has also announced a new investment from Samsung Next, adding to its total funding of €5.3 million across pre-seed and seed rounds, although the exact amount of the latest investment was not disclosed.
