Behaviour Interactive Acquires Codeglue Studio
Behaviour Interactive has announced the acquisition of Codeglue, a Netherlands-based game development studio. As a result, Codeglue will undergo a rebranding and become Behaviour Rotterdam. Founded in 2000 by Maurice Sibrandi and Peter de Jong, Codeglue has worked on notable titles such as the Shadowrun Trilogy, Corpse Party: Blood Drive, and Action Henk. According to Behaviour Interactive CEO Rémi Racine, "This move is a strategic step in our expansion into the European market, following our recent establishment in the UK." This acquisition represents the company's third European expansion in just six months. Previously, Behaviour Interactive opened a second UK studio, Behaviour UK - South, which comprises former AntiMatter Games team members. In February 2023, the company also acquired SockMonkey Studios, now known as Behaviour UK – North, as part of its services division.
