Gran Turismo Film Speeds to $23 Million at the Box Office

The Gran Turismo film, inspired by the life of British professional racing driver Jann Mardenborough, has generated $22.7 million in box office revenue within ten days of its US release. According to Deadline, the movie is expected to debut in theatres across Brazil, Mexico, China, Japan, Italy, and Korea. On August 13, it earned $10.7 million in 30 markets. Additionally, Sony's live-action Twisted Metal series premiered on Peacock in July, becoming the most-watched comedy just two weeks after its launch, although viewing figures were not disclosed.
