These replacement parts, along with step-by-step service guides and tutorial videos, can be found on Microsoft's dedicated repair website and the Xbox Support YouTube channel, catering to individuals with the necessary technical skills and knowledge. This development follows Microsoft's 2021 pledge to expand repair options, which was prompted by a shareholder resolution. Additionally, first-party repair kits are available on iFixit, complete with a lifetime guarantee, while Microsoft's parts come with a one-year warranty. iFixit also provides the necessary tools for carrying out these repairs.
