UK Game Industry Firms Have Two Weeks to Contribute to Salary Database

With the deadline looming, UK game industry companies have less than two weeks to participate in a pioneering salary benchmarking initiative. Over 40 firms have already enrolled in the pilot program, which aims to empower business leaders with market insights, competitive pay, and talent retention strategies. Interested companies must submit their data by August 11. The project, a collaboration between GamesIndustry.biz and XpertHR, guarantees the confidentiality and anonymity of all data. Participation in the pilot is free, with all contributors receiving a basic report. Advanced analytics and database access are available at an additional cost.
