GGWP Secures $10m Investment for Artificial Intelligence Moderation Solution

GGWP, a pioneering gaming moderation platform, has successfully raised $10 million in funding to further enhance its AI-driven tools. The latest funding round was spearheaded by prominent investors Samsung Ventures and SK Telecom Ventures. Following an extensive year of testing with a select group of twelve developers, GGWP's platform has officially launched. According to co-founder Dennis Fong, the primary objective of the AI-fueled moderation platform is to foster "safe and enjoyable social environments within game communities." Fong emphasized, "From the outset, we believed that all developers should have the capability to provide players with the healthy online experiences they deserve." He further added, "Even developers with substantial staffing struggle to keep pace with a fraction of reported incidents through manual moderation. By harnessing the power of AI and a comprehensive suite of tools, we are able to address a vast number of incidents effectively." This recent funding follows GGWP's $12 million seed funding round in March 2022, which was dedicated to the development of its cutting-edge AI technology.
