Nineteen prominent UK gaming companies have already enrolled in a pioneering pilot program aimed at establishing industry-wide salary standards. This collaborative project, led by GamesIndustry.biz and its affiliate XpertHR, seeks to promote fair compensation and talent retention within the gaming sector. XpertHR currently offers similar services across various industries. The pilot program is currently underway, running through July, and ensures the confidentiality and anonymity of all submitted data, protecting participating companies and individuals.
