People Can Fly Establishes New Montreal Studio

The developer of Outriders, People Can Fly, has announced the opening of a new studio in Montreal, adding to its existing locations in Poland, the UK, and the US. According to VGC, the Montreal office will be working on a AAA project under the leadership of creative director Roland Lesterlin. The company expressed its enthusiasm for the new project, stating, "The vibrant atmosphere and thriving game development industry in Montreal make this project highly exciting for us, and we anticipate that PCF Montreal will become a significant contributor to our portfolio soon." This expansion comes over a year after People Can Fly and Take-Two Interactive terminated their publishing agreement, which involved Project Dagger, a game being developed by People Can Fly's New York division.
