The Callisto Protocol Update Adds Omitted Developers to Credits
An update to The Callisto Protocol has been released, incorporating the names of former staff members who were initially absent from the game's credits sequence. In January, it was reported by GamesIndustry.biz that multiple former Striking Distance employees had been left out of the credits, with some believing it was a form of punishment for departing the project prior to its release. While some former employees were included in the original credits, sources indicated a lack of consistency in the selection process, suggesting favoritism by studio management. It was estimated that around 20 individuals were omitted from the initial credits list. The latest update, which coincides with the release of a paid DLC package featuring new content, adds more than 50 names to the 'Additional Development' section, where former employees are now listed. This section, previously titled 'Miscellaneous', initially contained 18 names. Striking Distance has not yet responded to a request for comment.
