Testronic has recently undertaken a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, signaling a clear commitment to strengthening its leadership and service capabilities. Among the most notable additions is Mike Guttman, who has been brought on board as Vice President of Senior Partnerships.

Guttman arrives with a solid background in client relationship management, having previously held the role of client partner at Keywords Studios. In addition, he served as a senior business development manager, where he honed his skills in forging strategic alliances and driving growth for complex, technology‑focused enterprises.

Working alongside Guttman is Nicole Closson, who has been hired as a Business Development Manager. The pair are tasked with expanding commercial outreach and providing robust support to Testronic’s partners both regionally and on a global scale. Closson’s résumé includes a stint as an enterprise account executive at Keywords Studios, where she managed large‑scale client portfolios, and a senior account executive position at Unity, focusing on the Parsec and SyncSketch products. Her experience in high‑value account management and her familiarity with the gaming and interactive media sectors are expected to complement Guttman’s strategic vision.

In the company’s Warsaw hub, Mateusz Kałuża has been elevated to the role of QA Director after a series of senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games. Kałuża emphasized the unique strengths of the Warsaw office, stating, "Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner." He added that ongoing investment in the local team will not only deepen that expertise but also integrate it seamlessly with Testronic’s broader global network, ensuring consistent delivery for partners regardless of their geographic location.

Further reinforcing the firm’s global partnership strategy, Lily Guerreiro has joined as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro previously served as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she oversaw cross‑border initiatives and cultivated relationships with major studios and publishers. Her role at Testronic will focus on aligning partnership objectives across continents, leveraging her experience to drive collaborative projects and joint ventures. The Manila Centre of Excellence has also seen senior talent added to its ranks.

Daniel Bowie Soriano steps into the position of Senior QA Manager, bringing a wealth of hands‑on testing experience and a track record of leading large QA teams. Complementing Soriano’s appointment is Ivan Balanay, who has taken on the role of QA Trainer.

Balanay’s addition is described as a move to further support Testronic’s investment in the Testronic Academy, an internal training program aimed at cultivating the next generation of QA professionals. By enhancing the academy’s instructional capacity, Testronic aims to raise industry standards and ensure a pipeline of highly skilled testers. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic importance of these appointments, noting, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He further explained that the company’s recent capital infusions into its New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila locations, together with its established foothold in London, are designed to broaden the depth and breadth of expertise available to clients.

"By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients," Fitzgerald added. These leadership changes come on the heels of a broader executive reshuffle earlier in the month. Sonia Kerr was appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. In addition, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, and Samantha Williams was named Chief Commercial Officer.

Fitzgerald previously held a client partner role at Keywords Studios, while Williams served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, bringing a deep understanding of both revenue generation and commercial strategy to her new position. Collectively, these appointments underscore Testronic’s strategic focus on expanding its leadership depth, enhancing its service delivery, and reinforcing its global footprint. By integrating seasoned professionals from leading industry firms and investing in regional centers of excellence, the company aims to provide a more robust, responsive, and innovative testing and quality assurance offering to developers and publishers worldwide. The expanded senior team is expected to drive forward Testronic’s mission of delivering high‑quality, player‑centric solutions while maintaining a partner‑first approach that prioritizes client outcomes above all else.
