Transform Your Video Game into a Board Game at the Upcoming Tabletop Creators Summit

A new industry event, the Tabletop Creators Summit, is set to take place in London, offering video game and tabletop designers and publishers a platform to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights. Hosted by Dicebreaker, the event is the first in a series of industry gatherings focused on creators of board games, role-playing games, card games, and other tabletop experiences. The free, one-day event will be held at London's ExCeL during MCM Comic Con on Friday, May 26th. Attendees of all levels can register using a provided form and will receive a complimentary Friday Priority pass for MCM, granting early access to the venue. The morning session will feature expert talks on crowdfunding, design, manufacturing, and marketing from prominent companies, including BackerKit, Panda Game Manufacturing, and Osprey Games. In the afternoon, industry professionals will have the chance to network, exchange information, and pitch their projects in brief sessions. Notable publishers attending include Rebellion Unplugged, Naylor Games Ltd, and SoulMuppet Publishing. The event highlights the growing connection between the digital and analog gaming worlds, with popular video games like Apex Legends, Elden Ring, and Skyrim being adapted into board games, and indie titles like Dead Cells, Citizen Sleeper, and The Binding of Isaac achieving success in the tabletop space. All attendees will receive a premium die courtesy of Misty Mountain Gaming and two toolkits from Panda Game Manufacturing, containing components that demonstrate various manufacturing techniques and can be used for prototyping.
