StreamElements Announces Winners of 2023 Creator Diversity Program

StreamElements has announced the 16 beneficiaries of its 2023 Creator Diversity Program, now in its third year. The program aims to equip content creators from underrepresented communities with professional livestreaming tools, equipment, guidance, and financial support to enhance their channel's success. This year's winners include creators from diverse backgrounds, such as those with disabilities, people of color, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, women, and individuals of Asian, Pacific Islander, and Middle Eastern descent. The selected Twitch partners and affiliates from North America and Europe are: AlexNorimaki, Amethyst, aymergirl, DaydreamerDan, DorkyAwesomeGuy, esnueil, heykipp, KandidlyKayla, KDotDaGawd, MissMiurgen, PassionsPlanet, Paya111, sheilur, Skaiday, terriblegaming123, and whinnaay. The selection process considered factors such as application motivation, content quality, channel performance, and growth potential. The 2023 program will run from May 2023 to May 2024. According to Taylor Shields, StreamElements CDP co-director, 'We established this program to support marginalized creators striving to advance their streaming careers. By providing essential resources and opportunities, we aim to help them overcome industry challenges and achieve their goals.'
