Other conference topics will include the implementation of four-day working weeks, internship and education solutions, fostering a sense of belonging in a hybrid work environment, managing the cost-of-living crisis, and more. The event will conclude with the UK Best Places To Work Awards ceremony. Liz Prince, business manager at Amiqus, expressed her company's support for the event, stating, 'Those working in People and Culture roles within the games industry face significant challenges in the current climate of talent shortages, post-Covid working environments, and the cost-of-living crisis.' Nathan Burlow, Studio Director at Rocksteady, also commented, 'As game makers, we have a responsibility to continue growing this amazing industry, enabling all developers to reach their full potential. We're excited to sponsor the GamesIndustry.biz HR Summit and connect with HR colleagues to explore new ways to make this a reality.'
