Amazon Expands Luna to the UK, Germany, and Canada

Amazon has officially launched its cloud gaming platform, Luna, in the UK, Germany, and Canada, providing users with instant access to high-quality games on various devices. The service allows gamers to play console-quality games without the need for expensive hardware, making it a convenient option for those who want to play games on devices they already own. In the UK, subscribers can access Luna+ for £8.99 per month, while Ubisoft+ Multi Access is available for £14.99 per month, and the Jackbox Games subscription costs £3.99 per month. The launch marks a significant expansion of Amazon's gaming service, which was initially introduced in the US in 2022. Notably, Amazon Luna differs from other cloud gaming services in that it does not require a subscription to Amazon to access its library of games. Instead, users can subscribe to Luna directly or access games through other services like Ubisoft+ or Amazon Prime. The service is compatible with a range of devices, including PC, Mac, iOS, Android, and selected Samsung Smart TVs, offering users flexibility and convenience. With the addition of Luna support for Ubisoft+ subscribers in the UK, users can now access their Ubisoft+ subscription and games on multiple devices, including PC and Luna.
