Nexters Resumes Nasdaq Trading

Following a year-long pause, Nexters, a prominent mobile gaming studio, is set to resume trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange. The company's return comes after making significant adjustments, including a relocation from Russia, in response to the country's invasion of Ukraine. As a result of the conflict, Nexters was temporarily delisted from the exchange, along with several other businesses that faced removal or suspension. Over the past year, the developer has been working diligently to meet the necessary requirements to regain its listing. Founded in 2010 and initially listed on the Nasdaq in 2021, Nexters has now achieved its goal. According to CEO Andrey Fadeev, "After a year of intense effort, we are delighted to announce that our shares and warrants are once again tradable on Nasdaq." Fadeev also expressed gratitude to stakeholders for their support and understanding during the trading halt, stating, "We appreciate the patience and trust our stakeholders have shown us during this challenging period."
