Ubisoft Announces Participation in E3 2023

Following initial uncertainty, Ubisoft has officially confirmed its attendance at E3 2023 to GamesIndustry.biz. The confirmation comes after Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot expressed conditional interest in participating, as reported by VG247. E3 2023, organized by ReedPop, is set to take place despite earlier doubts, with ReedPop President Lance Fensterman affirming that plans are moving forward. A Ubisoft spokesperson expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating, "E3 is a significant moment for our industry, and we're looking forward to presenting a strong lineup in Los Angeles this June. We're currently finalizing our plans and will share more information soon." The event is scheduled to run from June 13 to June 16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, with the first two days reserved for business attendees, followed by a combined trade and consumer day, and concluding with a consumer-only day. Although Xbox, Sony, and Nintendo won't have a presence on the show floor, Microsoft has announced plans for a separate physical showcase in Los Angeles during the same period, likely at the Microsoft Theater.
