PUBG Mobile and Genshin Impact Achieve Significant Revenue Milestones

The mobile gaming landscape has witnessed significant revenue achievements, with PUBG Mobile reaching a lifetime revenue of $9 billion and Genshin Impact hitting the $4 billion mark. According to Sensor Tower's data, PUBG Mobile has accumulated 1.1 billion global installs across the App Store and Google Play since its launch in March 2018. Between January and September 2022, the game saw 104.4 million global installs, representing a 27% year-over-year decline from the same period in 2021. In terms of revenue, PUBG Mobile generated $1.6 billion between January and September 2022, a 27% decrease from the $2.2 billion earned during the same period last year. Meanwhile, Genshin Impact earned $1.4 billion in consumer spending between Q1 and Q3 2022 and recently surpassed $3.7 billion in lifetime revenue ahead of its second anniversary. The game's installs between January and September 2022 reached 37.3 million globally, a 7% decrease from last year, with a total of 126.4 million installs on mobile to date.
