Virtuos Expands with Virtuos Labs in Montpellier

Virtuos has launched its latest subsidiary, Virtuos Labs – Montpellier, expanding the company's creative services offerings. This new studio joins Virtuos Labs – Lyon, established in 2021, as the second location for the division. The Montpellier team will provide partners with a range of support services, including the development of proprietary engine tools and engine migration solutions. Senior Technical Director Alexis Vaisse will helm the new office, bringing his extensive experience as the founder of software editing company Wysilab and his tenure as a lead programmer at Ubisoft. The founding team also includes Producer Marianne Calva and Software Engineer Benjamin Couratin. "With Virtuos Labs and the expertise of our senior technical directors, we aim to reinforce our game engineering capabilities, delivering top-notch solutions to our global partners," stated Christophe Gandon, Virtuos' Western Region Managing Director.
