Toge, Mojiken, and PQube Reach Amicable Settlement Following Dispute

Following a dispute, PQube has returned grant funds to Toge Productions and relinquished the rights to A Space For The Unbound. A recent statement on the game's Twitter account announced that Toge Productions, Mojiken Studio, PQube, and Chorus Worldwide have reached a mutually beneficial agreement regarding the game's release. Chorus Worldwide will now serve as the console publisher, while Toge Productions will continue to handle the PC version. The statement confirmed that all grant money received by PQube has been returned to Toge Productions and that PQube has fully supported the return of rights. The parties expressed gratitude to Chorus for facilitating a resolution that satisfies all involved. The dispute initially arose in August when Toge Productions and Mojiken Studio accused PQube of misusing their Indonesian heritage to secure a diversity grant in 2020, leading to the termination of their publishing agreement and a stalemate over console publishing rights.
