Panivox Secures £500,000 Innovate UK Grant

Panivox has been awarded a £500,000 Smart Grant from Innovate UK, which will be utilized to further develop its RichCast interactive narrative platform in partnership with Staffordshire University, focusing on features tailored for educational and serious games. According to the announcement, this collaboration aims to 'research and develop' these features. Luke Haslett, project lead at Staffordshire University, noted that following this partnership, RichCast will be integrated into the curriculum for first-year students, enabling them to become acquainted with industry-standard game development and publishing, thereby enhancing their professional portfolios. Founded by industry veterans Philip Oliver, Andrew Oliver, and Neil Campbell in the previous year, Panivox launched RichCast in early access in September 2021. The RichCast platform allows users to create and engage with interactive, game-like stories that are entirely voice-activated, eliminating the need for coding knowledge.
