Zynga Completes Acquisition of Storemaven
Zynga, a leading game development company, has finalized the acquisition of Storemaven, a mobile platform designed to enhance app business performance. Founded in 2015 by CEO Gad Maor, president Adam Rakib, and chief product officer Eldad Abel, Storemaven is an Israel-based firm that helps developers optimize their apps. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Zynga's expansion plans, as the company continues to broaden its service offerings. According to Alex Tremblay, Zynga's executive vice president and chief data officer, "The acquisition of Storemaven brings unparalleled technology and expertise to Zynga's publishing platform, further solidifying our position as a market leader." This move is part of a larger trend of mergers and acquisitions, with Zynga itself having become a subsidiary of Take-Two earlier this year.
