Ubisoft Outlines Additional Reforms to Enhance Company Culture

Ubisoft has provided an update on its ongoing efforts to reform its company culture, following widespread allegations of abuse, discrimination, and harassment two years ago. In a recent blog post, Chief People Officer Anika Grant and Vice President for Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Raashi Sikka outlined new initiatives aimed at better supporting the company's 20,000 employees. These include a global self-identification program, designed to gather more information about employees' backgrounds, and a five-year strategy called Project Rise, focused on improving representation of racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity. While Ubisoft has made significant progress in addressing these issues, including reducing the global gender pay gap and increasing the representation of women in leadership positions, A Better Ubisoft, a group formed by current and former employees, claims that more needs to be done to address the remaining perpetrators of abuse within the company.
