Destiny 2 Now Available on Epic Games Store

Bungie has officially launched Destiny 2 on the Epic Games Store, as revealed during the game's latest showcase. The event provided an in-depth look at the upcoming season and the premium expansion, Lightfall. As part of the Bungie-Epic collaboration, Destiny-themed cosmetics will be featured in various Epic titles, including Fortnite and Fall Guys. Players who download Destiny 2 through the Epic Games Store will receive the 30th Anniversary Pack at no additional cost, complete with new gear, armor, and a dungeon. In a significant shift in policy, Bungie has announced that it will no longer retire premium DLC, marking a departure from its previous practice of removing paid content after a certain period. According to Justin Truman, Destiny 2 general manager, "Our goal is to expand the Destiny universe, and we will continue to work behind the scenes to make this possible within our game engine."
