Navigating the Video Game Industry Job Market

The video game industry has seen a surge in layoffs, with over 8,000 job losses reported so far this year. Recent announcements from PlayStation and EA have resulted in more than 1,500 redundancies, including potential studio closures. While job opportunities exist, the competition is intense due to the high number of candidates. To support those affected, we have collaborated with UK recruitment specialist Amiqus to create a series of videos offering advice on job applications, CVs, cover letters, portfolios, interview techniques, and post-interview procedures.
