The GI Academy serves as a vital platform for individuals currently in or aspiring to join the video game industry. To cater to this group, we have developed an array of digital guides, some of which have been featured in special edition magazines, alongside hosting informative events that delve into the intricacies of life in the gaming world. Our forthcoming event, a free digital gathering headlined by Creative Assembly and featuring industry giants such as PlayStation, EA, Microsoft, Ubisoft, nDreams, Activision, and more, is now open for registration. In anticipation of this event, we are launching a series of GI Academy videos designed to offer valuable advice and insights to students and job seekers. These videos, filmed during our GI Academy session at EGX, will be released regularly over the coming week and into November. To kick off the series, we present two inaugural sessions: 'Securing Your First Job in Gaming' led by Dan Woodward, nDreams' Learning and Development Manager, and 'Be More Producer' by Louise Roberts, Producer at Rare.
