David Bailey returns to Games Workshop as Lead Commercial Manager – Licensing. Bailey first joined the company in 2019 as Senior Licensing Manager, left in 2021 for a director role at Sumo Digital, and now comes back to help steer licensing initiatives across the expansive Warhammer universes. Erik Mogensen departs Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast after three years as Senior Director of Business Development for Digital Gaming. Mogensen’s career includes a 23‑year stint at Games Workshop, where he culminated as Head of Business Development and Consumer Product Licensing, working on flagship brands such as Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, and Transformers. "It’s not lost on me how special it’s been to have worked on, and for, my favourite brands," he reflected, noting his excitement for the next chapter, wherever it may lead. Ryan Rubin joins Blizzard Entertainment as Senior Producer.

Rubin’s recent experience includes senior production roles at Netflix, where he helped launch mobile adaptations of Squid Game and Selling Sunset, as well as five years at Riot Games focusing on creative development for the League of Legends franchise. Andrey Odintsov becomes Head of Marketing at Battlestate Games.

Odintsov previously led user acquisition at Multicast Games and now operates as an independent growth and go‑to‑market consultant for various gaming projects. Dan Lazarides is named Chief Marketing Officer at Frontier Developments, succeeding Jo Cooke, who moved into the CEO role earlier this year.

Lazarides brings extensive experience from his previous position as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Sega Europe.
