Nate Nanzer has departed Epic Games after a seven‑year tenure to assume the role of Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial & Marketing at Paramount Games. At Epic, Nanzer held several senior positions, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Monetisation, where he oversaw strategic alliances and revenue‑generation initiatives across the company's portfolio. David Bailey returns to Games Workshop as Lead Commercial Manager – Licensing. Bailey first joined Games Workshop in 2019 as Senior Licensing Manager, left in 2021 to serve as Director of Business Affairs at Sumo Digital, and now comes back to help steer licensing opportunities across the expansive Warhammer universe. "It's a privilege to return to the vast and evergreen Warhammer universes to help spearhead new business for licensing here," he said.

Liana Murphy has been appointed Account Director for U.S. Operations at Second Stage. She most recently held the dual roles of COO and Head of Public Relations at Vicariously and V Publishing, overseeing client relationships and operational scaling.

Tim Coombs takes the helm as Head of Brand Marketing for Amazon Luna. Before this, Coombs spent six years at Xbox, rising from Senior Manager for Brand Strategy to Director of Brand Management, before moving to Amazon Lumberyard as Product Marketing Manager in 2017 and later leading the Amazon Game Tech marketing team. Erik Mogensen exits Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast after three years as Senior Director of Business Development for Digital Gaming.

His previous 23‑year career at Games Workshop culminated in the role of Head of Business Development and Consumer Product Licensing, where he worked on flagship properties such as Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: The Gathering and Transformers. He previously managed user acquisition at Multicast Games and now operates as an independent growth and go‑to‑market consultant for various gaming projects. Dan Lazarides becomes Chief Marketing Officer at Frontier Developments, succeeding Jo Cooke after her promotion to CEO.

Lazarides arrived from Sega Europe, where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Frontier CEO Jo Cooke praised his extensive IP experience and said his leadership will reinforce Frontier's player‑first strategy and community focus. Karen Ionescu takes the role of Digital Sales Manager at Kalypso Media UK.
