Nate Nanzer is departing Epic Games after a seven‑year stint to assume the role of Executive Vice President, Head of Commercial & Marketing at Paramount Games. During his tenure at Epic, Nanzer rose through the ranks and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Monetisation, overseeing major deals and revenue‑generation strategies.
"The scale of the ambition and vision here for what's next is incredibly exciting," Nanzer said. "I've spent my career at the intersection of games, entertainment, and fandom, and the opportunity to help build what comes next at Paramount was simply too compelling to pass up." I'll always be proud of what we accomplished together and will be cheering the team on from the sidelines." Julia Gutnik has been named Head of Media at Amazon Gaming. Gutnik previously led media, social, and analytics for Kia America and spent more than six years at Prime Video and Amazon Studios, where she headed digital and ad‑tech media operations.

Lorna Antoniazzi joins Studio MDHR as Art Producer. Antoniazzi comes from Roarty Digital, where she contributed to high‑profile projects such as Fortnite Battle Royale and Lego Fortnite.
Aysu Kutbay has taken the product‑manager role at Grand Games after serving in the same capacity at Rollic, where she helped launch several successful mobile titles. David Bailey is back at Games Workshop, this time as Lead Commercial Manager – Licensing.
Bailey originally joined the company in 2019 as Senior Licensing Manager, left in 2021 for a director position at Sumo Digital, and now returns to the Warhammer universe. "It's a privilege to return to the vast and evergreen Warhammer universes to help spearhead new business for licensing here," he said.
"It's an incredible opportunity and it's great to be back in the fold working alongside great people." Liana Murphy has been appointed Account Director for U.S. Operations at Second Stage.
Prior to this, she simultaneously held the COO and Head of Public Relations positions at Vicariously and V Publishing. Tim Coombs steps into the Head of Brand Marketing role for Amazon Luna.
Before joining Amazon, Coombs spent six years at Xbox, most recently as Director of Brand Management, after earlier roles as Senior Manager for Brand Strategy and Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Lumberyard and Amazon Game Tech. Erik Mogensen departs Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast after three years as Senior Director of Business Development for Digital Gaming. Mogensen previously devoted 23 years to Games Workshop, ending as Head of Business Development and Consumer Product Licensing. He reflected on his career: "It's not lost on me how special it's been to have worked on, and for, my favourite brands.
First Warhammer, and most recently Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, Transformers… the list goes on. I'm very much looking forward to my next chapter, whatever and wherever that may be." Ryan Rubin joins Blizzard Entertainment as Senior Producer.
Rubin's background includes senior production work on Netflix mobile titles Squid Game: Unleashed and Selling Sunset, as well as five years at Riot Games where he contributed to creative development for the League of Legends franchise. Andrey Odintsov becomes Head of Marketing at Battlestate Games.
He previously managed user acquisition at Multicast Games and currently works as an independent growth and go‑to‑market consultant for game studios. Dan Lazarides has been named Chief Marketing Officer at Frontier Developments, succeeding Jo Cooke, who moved to the CEO role in January. Lazarides arrived from Sega Europe, where he was Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Frontier CEO Jo Cooke praised the appointment, noting that Lazarides' experience with major IPs will reinforce Frontier's player‑first strategy and support the studio's reputation as a leading creator of genre‑defining simulation games. Karen Ionescu takes the Digital Sales Manager position at Kalypso Media UK.
Ionescu's résumé includes sales leadership at Numskull Games, as well as roles at Nintendo and Rising Star Games. Managing Director Andrew Johnson welcomed her, highlighting her extensive retail and digital channel relationships.
Hannah Barrett has been promoted to Senior Account Executive at esports and gaming communications agency Swipe Right, after joining as an Account Executive in December 2025. Supercell appoints Anni Pyy as Contract Manager. Pyy previously held the same title at Metacore for four years, overseeing licensing agreements and partnership contracts. Nathan Solbrandt becomes Senior Vice President of Business Development at fintech platform ZBD.
He previously worked as Senior Account Executive at Motorica and served as Vice President of Business Development for the Americas at Xsolla. Olivia Lee joins Riot Games as Internal Events Producer, building on her prior experience as Associate Producer for internal events and programs.
Ciarah Pritchard is now Account Coordinator at Xsolla, after a stint as Account Performance Manager at Playback Rewards. Tracey Thompson returns to Bethesda as Vice President of Communications. Thompson originally joined Bethesda in 2009, rising to Associate VP of Communications before leaving for EA in 2019. Maddie Richter becomes Social Media Marketing Manager at Nintendo of America, moving from a similar role at Alaska Airlines. Dana Duffield joins Yotta Games as Narrative Designer, after serving as Senior Narrative Designer at Series Entertainment. Yogscast Games announces three new hires: Charlotte Willis as PR and Influencer Manager (formerly Creator and Community Director at Diva Agency), Robin Mawhinney as Production Coordinator (previous junior producer at Atelier 11), and Charlotte Pang as Publishing Coordinator (former producer, animator, and artist for Team Gramps and Queensguard, and instructor at Submarine Art School and The Code Zone).
Steffen Holm and Chris Kruger have joined Roblox's Foundation AI team to support the mobile‑first AI creation tool Build in New Zealand. The duo co‑founded Jars AI in 2023, raising $3.5 million from Google and other investors. Holm remarked, "At Jars AI we saw hundreds of thousands of creators use AI to shape weird new worlds and stories, and we're excited to keep pushing the boundaries of AI entertainment in our new roles."
