Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, highlighted by the elevation of Mike Guttman to the role of Vice President of Senior Partnerships. This strategic move is part of the company’s broader effort to reinforce its leadership bench and expand the range of services it provides to game developers and publishers around the globe. Mike Guttman arrives at Testronic with a robust background in client relationship management and business development.

Prior to joining Testronic, he spent several years as a client partner at Keywords Studios, where he cultivated deep ties with major industry players and helped shape the studio’s service offerings. He also held a senior business development manager position, gaining valuable experience in negotiating complex contracts and driving revenue growth. In his new capacity, Guttman will oversee the cultivation of high‑value partnerships, ensuring that Testronic’s testing and quality assurance (QA) solutions align closely with the strategic objectives of its most important clients. Supporting Guttman’s mission is Nicole Closson, who steps into the role of Business Development Manager.

Closson’s appointment is intended to broaden Testronic’s commercial reach and provide additional support to partners both regionally and globally. Her résumé includes a stint as an enterprise account executive at Keywords Studios, where she managed large‑scale accounts and delivered tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.

She also served as a senior account executive for Parsec and SyncSketch at Unity, gaining insight into the workflows of real‑time collaboration tools and interactive media platforms. Together, Guttman and Closson form a seasoned duo poised to deepen client relationships and open new avenues for growth. In the company’s European hub, Warsaw, Testronic has named Mateusz Kałuża as its new QA Director.

Kałuża brings a wealth of experience from his previous senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games, where he oversaw large testing teams and implemented rigorous quality standards for a variety of gaming titles. Speaking about his new responsibilities, Kałuża emphasized the strategic importance of Warsaw as a centre of QA excellence: "Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner.

Our continued investment in the team ensures we grow that expertise locally, fully connect it with Testronic's wider global capabilities and deliver consistently for partners wherever they are based." Further strengthening the global partnership function, Lily Guerreiro joins Testronic as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro previously held the position of Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she was responsible for expanding the studio’s footprint across multiple continents and forging strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders.

Her expertise in navigating cross‑cultural business environments will be instrumental as Testronic seeks to harmonize its service delivery across disparate markets. The Manila Centre of Excellence also sees senior talent added to its roster. Daniel Bowie Soriano has been appointed Senior QA Manager, bringing a track record of leading high‑performing testing teams and delivering quality outcomes for complex gaming projects.

Alongside him, Ivan Balanay steps into the role of QA Trainer, a position that underlines Testronic’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of QA professionals. The company highlighted Balanay’s appointment as a critical component of its investment in the Testronic Academy, a training initiative designed to upskill staff and embed best‑in‑class testing methodologies throughout the organization. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald articulated the overarching vision behind these appointments, noting that the company’s Centres of Excellence serve as hubs where talent, specialized knowledge, and leadership converge.

"Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation," he said. "The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners. By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." These leadership changes follow a recent reshuffle at the highest level of Testronic’s executive suite. Earlier in the month, Sonia Kerr was appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair.

In addition, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as CRO, and Samantha Williams was named Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald’s background includes a tenure as a client partner at Keywords Studios, while Williams previously served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of European operations, bringing a deep understanding of both the commercial and technical aspects of the business.

Collectively, these appointments signal Testronic’s ambition to deepen its expertise, broaden its geographic reach, and deliver more nuanced, high‑quality testing solutions to an increasingly demanding gaming market. By aligning seasoned leaders with strategic regional hubs, the company aims to create a seamless, end‑to‑end service experience that supports developers from concept through launch and beyond.

The expanded leadership team is expected to drive innovation in testing methodologies, accelerate the rollout of new services, and reinforce Testronic’s reputation as a trusted partner for studios seeking to ensure the highest standards of game quality and player satisfaction.
