Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its leadership depth and service capabilities. Among the most notable additions is Mike Guttman, who has been named Vice President of Senior Partnerships. Guttman arrives with a robust background in client relationship management, having previously held the role of client partner at Keywords Studios, as well as serving as a senior business development manager.

In his new capacity, Guttman will be responsible for cultivating and overseeing strategic alliances with Testronic’s most important partners, ensuring that the company’s service offerings remain aligned with the evolving needs of the gaming and interactive entertainment sectors. Supporting Guttman’s efforts is Nicole Closson, who joins the team as a Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide dedicated support to partners both regionally and on a global scale. She brings valuable experience from her tenure at Keywords Studios, where she worked as an enterprise account executive, and from Unity, where she served as a senior account executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch products.

Her familiarity with enterprise‑level negotiations and her proven track record in driving revenue growth position her as a key asset in strengthening Testronic’s market outreach. In the European hub of Warsaw, the company has promoted Mateusz Kałuża to the role of QA Director. Kałuża’s promotion follows a series of senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games, where he honed his expertise in quality assurance processes for interactive media. Speaking about his new responsibilities, Kałuża highlighted Warsaw’s reputation as a centre of deep QA knowledge and a nuanced understanding of what developers require from a testing partner.

He emphasized that Testronic’s ongoing investment in the local team will not only elevate the skill set within the region but also integrate that expertise with the broader global network, enabling consistent, high‑quality delivery for partners regardless of their geographic location. Further reinforcing Testronic’s global partnership strategy, Lily Guerreiro has been appointed Global Partnerships Senior Manager.

Guerreiro’s prior role as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios equips her with a comprehensive perspective on building and maintaining worldwide client relationships. In her new position, she will focus on aligning Testronic’s service portfolio with the strategic objectives of its international partners, fostering collaboration that drives mutual growth.

The Manila Centre of Excellence has also seen senior leadership enhancements. Daniel Bowie Soriano joins as Senior QA Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in overseeing quality assurance operations across multiple platforms. Alongside him, Ivan Balanay has been named QA Trainer, a role that directly supports Testronic’s investment in the Testronic Academy—a training initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of QA professionals.

Balanay’s appointment is intended to strengthen the academy’s curriculum and mentorship programs, ensuring that trainees receive cutting‑edge instruction that reflects industry best practices. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald articulated the strategic vision behind these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He added that the recent investments in New Orleans, Warsaw, and Manila, together with the established presence in London, significantly broaden the pool of expertise available to Testronic’s partners. "By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients," Fitzgerald explained. These leadership changes come on the heels of a broader executive reshuffle earlier in the month.

Sonia Kerr was appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. In addition, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, while Samantha Williams took on the position of Chief Commercial Officer.

Fitzgerald’s background includes a client partner role at Keywords Studios, and Williams previously served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, bringing extensive commercial and operational experience to her new post. Collectively, these appointments signal Testronic’s strategic intent to deepen its expertise across key markets and to reinforce its commitment to delivering high‑quality testing and localization services. By bolstering senior leadership in North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific, the company aims to provide a seamless, globally coordinated service model that can adapt to the fast‑changing demands of the gaming industry.

The expanded leadership team is expected to drive innovation, enhance client engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout Testronic’s worldwide operations.
