Testronic has recently undertaken a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, signaling a strategic push to enhance both its leadership depth and service capabilities. Among the most notable additions is Mike Guttman, who has been named Vice President of Senior Partnerships.

In this role, Guttman will oversee the cultivation and expansion of Testronic’s most strategic relationships, ensuring that the company’s partners receive the highest level of support and insight. Guttman arrives with a solid background in the gaming and technology services sector. Prior to joining Testronic, he spent several years as a client partner at Keywords Studios, where he was responsible for managing large‑scale accounts and driving revenue growth through tailored solutions. He also held the position of Senior Business Development Manager, a role that sharpened his ability to identify market opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, and align service offerings with client objectives.

His blend of strategic vision and hands‑on experience makes him a strong fit for steering Testronic’s senior partnership agenda. Supporting Guttman in the expansion of commercial coverage is Nicole Closson, who has been appointed Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to broaden Testronic’s reach both regionally and globally, providing additional layers of support to existing partners while also scouting new business prospects. Before joining Testronic, Closson built a reputation at Keywords Studios as an Enterprise Account Executive, where she managed high‑value client portfolios and delivered consistent revenue growth.

She also spent time at Unity, serving as Senior Account Executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch product lines, where she deepened her expertise in real‑time collaboration tools and immersive technologies. Her combined experience in enterprise sales and cutting‑edge tech platforms positions her to effectively bridge the gap between client needs and Testronic’s service suite. In the European hub of Warsaw, Testronic has elevated Mateusz Kałuża to the role of QA Director. Kałuża brings a wealth of experience from his previous senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games, where he oversaw quality assurance processes for a range of high‑profile titles.

Speaking about his new responsibilities, Kałuża highlighted Warsaw’s growing reputation as a centre of QA excellence, noting, "Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner. Our continued investment in the team ensures we grow that expertise locally, fully connect it with Testronic's wider global capabilities and deliver consistently for partners wherever they are based." His appointment underscores Testronic’s commitment to nurturing regional talent while integrating it into a cohesive global network.

Further strengthening the company’s partnership function, Lily Guerreiro joins as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro previously served as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she was instrumental in expanding the firm’s international client base and establishing cross‑border collaboration frameworks. Her global perspective and proven track record in business development are expected to enhance Testronic’s ability to forge and sustain high‑impact partnerships across multiple markets.

The Manila Centre of Excellence also sees new senior leadership. Daniel Bowie Soriano steps into the role of Senior QA Manager, bringing extensive hands‑on testing experience and a keen eye for process optimisation. Working alongside him is Ivan Balanay, who has been appointed QA Trainer.

Balanay’s role is pivotal for the ongoing development of the Testronic Academy, an internal training programme designed to cultivate the next generation of quality assurance professionals. The company emphasised that Balanay’s appointment "further supports our investment in developing the Testronic Academy and building the next generation of QA expertise," highlighting a long‑term commitment to skill development and knowledge transfer. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald provided context for these strategic hires, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation.

The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners. By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." Fitzgerald’s remarks reflect a broader vision where geographic diversification and talent acquisition are leveraged to create a seamless, high‑quality service experience for game developers and publishers worldwide. These leadership changes follow a recent reshuffle at the very top of the company. Earlier this month, Testronic announced the appointment of Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair.

Alongside this, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as CRO, while Samantha Williams took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald previously served as a client partner at Keywords Studios, bringing a deep understanding of client management and revenue generation, whereas Williams, formerly Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, brings extensive commercial strategy experience. Collectively, these appointments illustrate Testronic’s proactive approach to scaling its leadership bench, reinforcing its service delivery model, and positioning the firm to meet the evolving demands of the gaming industry.

By aligning seasoned executives with regional expertise and global strategic oversight, Testronic aims to enhance its value proposition for partners, accelerate innovation in quality assurance practices, and maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly changing market landscape.
