Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its leadership bench and strengthening its service offering. The most prominent addition is Mike Guttman, who has been named Vice President of Senior Partnerships.

Guttman arrives with a solid background in client relationship management, having previously held the role of client partner at Keywords Studios, as well as serving as a senior business development manager. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for nurturing and expanding Testronic’s strategic alliances, ensuring that the firm’s partners receive the highest level of support and collaboration. Working alongside Guttman is Nicole Closson, who steps into the role of Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide additional assistance to partners both regionally and on a global scale.

She brings to the table a wealth of experience from her tenure at Keywords Studios, where she functioned as an enterprise account executive, and from her time at Unity, where she served as a senior account executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch products. Her deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and client‑focused solutions is expected to complement Guttman’s strategic vision. In the European hub of Warsaw, Testronic has promoted Mateusz Kałuża to the position of QA Director. Kałuża’s career has been rooted in quality assurance, most recently holding senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games.

He emphasized the strategic importance of Warsaw, noting, "The city combines a rich pool of QA talent, extensive industry experience, and a clear grasp of what developers expect from a testing partner." Kałuża added that continued investment in the local team will allow Testronic to integrate Warsaw’s capabilities with its broader global network, delivering consistent, high‑quality results for clients regardless of geographic location. Further bolstering the firm’s partnership capabilities, Lily Guerreiro has been appointed Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro previously served as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she honed her skills in building cross‑border relationships and scaling business initiatives.

In her new role, she will coordinate worldwide partnership strategies, aligning them with Testronic’s overarching goal of delivering a player‑focused, partner‑first service model. The Manila Centre of Excellence has also seen senior talent added to its ranks.

Daniel Bowie Soriano joins as Senior QA Manager, bringing a seasoned perspective on quality processes and team leadership. Alongside him, Ivan Balanay has taken on the role of QA Trainer. Balanay’s appointment is described as a key element in Testronic’s ongoing investment in the Testronic Academy, an internal training program designed to cultivate the next generation of QA professionals. By strengthening the academy, Testronic aims to ensure a pipeline of highly skilled testers equipped to meet the evolving demands of the gaming and interactive media sectors.

Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic rationale behind these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He went on to explain that the recent investments in New Orleans, Warsaw, and Manila, combined with an established presence in London, significantly expand the depth and breadth of expertise available to Testronic’s partners. "By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients," Fitzgerald added. These leadership changes come on the heels of a broader executive reshuffle earlier in the month. Sonia Kerr was named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair.

In addition, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, while Samantha Williams was appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald previously served as a client partner at Keywords Studios, bringing a wealth of industry insight to his new role, whereas Williams had been Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, positioning her well to oversee commercial strategy on a worldwide scale.

Collectively, these appointments signal Testronic’s aggressive push to reinforce its leadership talent across key markets, enhance its service delivery, and deepen its commitment to partners. By integrating seasoned professionals with proven track records in business development, quality assurance, and strategic partnership management, Testronic is poised to offer a more robust, globally coordinated suite of services. The company’s emphasis on developing internal expertise through its Centres of Excellence, coupled with a clear focus on player‑centric outcomes, suggests a forward‑looking strategy aimed at sustaining growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the fast‑evolving gaming and interactive media landscape.
