Testronic has recently undertaken a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, signaling a clear commitment to strengthening its leadership and service capabilities. Among the most notable additions is Mike Guttman, who has been brought on board as Vice President of Senior Partnerships. Guttman arrives with a robust background in client relationship management, having previously held the role of client partner at Keywords Studios, as well as serving as a senior business development manager. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring that Testronic’s service offerings align closely with the evolving needs of the gaming and interactive entertainment sectors.

Supporting Guttman's efforts, Nicole Closson has been appointed Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to deepen commercial coverage and provide dedicated support to partners both regionally and globally.

She brings a wealth of experience from her prior positions at Keywords Studios, where she worked as an enterprise account executive, and at Unity, where she served as a senior account executive handling the Parsec and SyncSketch product lines. Her expertise in managing large‑scale accounts and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles will be instrumental in driving growth and fostering long‑term collaborations. In the European hub of Warsaw, Testronic has named Mateusz Kałuża as QA Director. Kałuża’s career has been built on senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games, giving him deep insight into quality assurance processes and the specific expectations of developers seeking reliable testing partners.

"Warsaw combines extensive QA know‑how, practical experience, and a genuine understanding of what developers require from a testing partner," Kałuża explained. He emphasized that ongoing investment in the local team will allow Testronic to further develop that expertise, integrate it seamlessly with the company’s broader global capabilities, and consistently deliver high‑quality results for clients wherever they operate. Adding to the senior leadership roster, Lily Guerreiro has joined as Global Partnerships Senior Manager.

Guerreiro’s previous tenure as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios equips her with a global perspective on partnership strategy, enabling her to identify new market opportunities and strengthen existing alliances across multiple regions. The Manila Centre of Excellence has also seen significant staffing enhancements. Daniel Bowie Soriano steps into the role of Senior QA Manager, bringing a seasoned background in quality assurance leadership.

Working alongside him is Ivan Balanay, who has been appointed QA Trainer. Balanay’s role is specifically aimed at bolstering Testronic’s investment in the Testronic Academy, an initiative designed to nurture the next generation of QA talent.

"Ivan’s appointment further supports our commitment to developing the Academy and building a pipeline of highly skilled QA professionals," the company noted. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic importance of these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He added that the recent investments in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, together with the established presence in London, significantly augment the depth and breadth of expertise available to Testronic’s partners.

"By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients," Fitzgerald affirmed. These leadership changes come on the heels of a broader executive reshuffle earlier in the month.

Sonia Kerr was named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair. In addition, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, while Samantha Williams took on the position of Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald previously served as a client partner at Keywords Studios, bringing extensive experience in client engagement and revenue growth. Williams, before joining Testronic, held the title of Global CRO and head of Europe, positioning her well to oversee commercial strategy on a worldwide scale.

Overall, Testronic’s recent appointments reflect a deliberate strategy to reinforce its leadership bench with professionals who possess deep industry knowledge, proven track records in business development, and a strong commitment to quality assurance excellence. By aligning senior talent across its key geographic centers—New Orleans, Warsaw, Manila, and London—the company aims to deliver a more cohesive, responsive, and innovative service offering to its partners.

This expanded leadership team is expected to drive forward Testronic’s mission of providing player‑centric, partner‑first solutions that prioritize measurable outcomes and sustained growth for clients in the dynamic gaming ecosystem.
