Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, most notably naming Mike Guttman as Vice President of Senior Partnerships. Guttman brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as a client partner at Keywords Studios, where he was responsible for cultivating strategic relationships and driving growth for major accounts. Prior to that, he served as a senior business development manager, honing his ability to identify market opportunities and forge long‑lasting collaborations.

Supporting Guttman’s new mandate, Nicole Closson has been brought on board as Business Development Manager. In this capacity, Closson will expand commercial coverage and provide dedicated support to partners both in the region and on a global scale.

Her background includes a tenure as an enterprise account executive at Keywords Studios, where she managed large‑scale client portfolios, as well as a senior account executive role at Unity, focusing on the Parsec and SyncSketch products. This blend of experience positions her to effectively bridge the gap between Testronic’s service offerings and the evolving needs of its customers. In the European hub of Warsaw, the company has promoted Mateusz Kałuża to the position of QA Director. Kałuża arrives with an extensive track record in quality assurance, having previously held senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games.

He emphasized the strategic importance of Warsaw, stating, "The city combines deep QA expertise, hands‑on experience, and a genuine understanding of what developers expect from a testing partner. Our ongoing investment in the local team allows us to grow that expertise, integrate it seamlessly with Testronic’s global capabilities, and consistently deliver high‑quality results for partners wherever they operate." Further strengthening the global partnership function, Lily Guerreiro has joined as Global Partnerships Senior Manager.

Guerreiro’s most recent role was Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she oversaw international growth initiatives and cultivated cross‑border relationships. Her addition signals Testronic’s commitment to scaling its partnership model and delivering consistent value across diverse markets. The Manila Centre of Excellence has also seen senior talent added to its ranks.

Daniel Bowie Soriano steps into the role of Senior QA Manager, while Ivan Balanay takes on responsibilities as QA Trainer. Balanay’s appointment is described as a key element in Testronic’s broader strategy to develop the Testronic Academy and nurture the next generation of QA professionals. By investing in training and mentorship, the company aims to create a pipeline of skilled testers who can meet the increasingly complex demands of modern game development.

Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic significance of these appointments, noting, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented individuals, specialized expertise, and strong leadership, linking these capabilities across a truly global organization. The investments we are making in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, alongside our established presence in London, further strengthen the expertise available to our partners. By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients." These leadership changes come on the heels of a broader executive reshuffle earlier this month. Sonia Kerr was named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair.

In addition, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as CRO, and Samantha Williams was appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald previously worked as a client partner at Keywords Studios, while Williams served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, bringing deep commercial acumen to her new position. Collectively, these moves underscore Testronic’s aggressive growth strategy and its dedication to building a robust, globally integrated service network.

By bolstering senior leadership in key regions—New Orleans for North American outreach, Warsaw as a European QA hub, and Manila as an Asian centre of excellence—the company is positioning itself to meet the rising expectations of game developers and publishers worldwide. The emphasis on talent development, through initiatives like the Testronic Academy, ensures that the firm not only expands its geographic footprint but also elevates the skill set of its workforce. Looking ahead, Testronic’s leadership team aims to leverage these new appointments to deepen existing client relationships, explore untapped markets, and refine its service delivery model.

With a clear focus on player experience, partner satisfaction, and measurable outcomes, the organization is set to continue its trajectory as a leading provider of quality assurance and localization services in the interactive entertainment industry.
