Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, signaling a strategic push to deepen its service capabilities and market reach. Central to this wave of leadership changes is the elevation of Mike Guttman to the role of Vice President of Senior Partnerships.

Guttman brings a wealth of experience from his previous positions, most notably his tenure as a client partner at Keywords Studios and his work as a senior business development manager. In his new capacity, Guttman will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with Testronic’s most significant partners, ensuring that the company’s service offerings remain aligned with the evolving needs of the gaming and interactive media sectors. Supporting Guttman’s mission is the addition of Nicole Closson, who steps into the role of Business Development Manager.

Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide dedicated support to partners both regionally and globally. Her background includes a stint as an enterprise account executive at Keywords Studios, where she honed her skills in managing large‑scale client accounts, as well as a senior account executive position at Unity, where she worked on high‑profile projects such as Parsec and SyncSketch.

Together, Guttman and Closson are expected to reinforce Testronic’s market presence and drive growth through targeted partnership initiatives. In the European hub of Warsaw, the company has appointed Mateusz Kałuża as QA Director. Kałuża arrives with an extensive track record in quality assurance, having previously held senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games. He emphasizes the strategic importance of the Warsaw office, noting that the city combines deep QA expertise with a nuanced understanding of developers’ expectations from a testing partner.

Kałuża adds that ongoing investment in the local team will allow Testronic to integrate Warsaw’s specialized knowledge with its broader global capabilities, delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes for clients regardless of their geographic location. Further strengthening the global partnership function, Lily Guerreiro joins the organization as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro’s experience includes serving as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she managed cross‑border client relationships and spearheaded new business initiatives. Her role at Testronic will focus on aligning partnership strategies across multiple regions, ensuring that the company’s service model remains cohesive and responsive to market demands.

The Manila Centre of Excellence also sees significant leadership enhancements. Daniel Bowie Soriano has been appointed Senior QA Manager, while Ivan Balanay takes on the role of QA Trainer.

Balanay’s appointment underscores Testronic’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of QA talent through its Testronic Academy. By investing in robust training programs and mentorship, the company aims to elevate the skill set of its testing professionals, thereby enhancing overall service quality. Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic rationale behind these appointments, stating: "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He further elaborated that the recent investments in New Orleans, Warsaw, and Manila—complemented by an established presence in London—serve to broaden the pool of expertise available to Testronic’s partners.

Fitzgerald emphasized that by continuing to attract and develop outstanding talent, Testronic can deliver a service model that is Player‑Focused, Partner‑First, and Outcomes‑Led, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. In addition to the new senior roles, Testronic recently underwent a change at the helm of its executive leadership. Earlier this month, Sonia Kerr was appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who transitioned to the role of company chair.

This leadership shift is part of a broader effort to position the company for sustained growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry. Alongside Kerr’s appointment, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as Chief Revenue Officer, while Samantha Williams stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer.

Fitzgerald brings experience as a former client partner at Keywords Studios, and Williams previously served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, equipping her with deep insight into the company’s commercial operations and strategic direction. Collectively, these appointments reflect Testronic’s deliberate strategy to reinforce its leadership bench across key markets, enhance its QA and partnership capabilities, and invest in talent development.

By aligning seasoned professionals with critical regional hubs, the company aims to deliver consistent, high‑quality testing services that meet the nuanced demands of game developers and interactive media creators worldwide. The expanded senior team is poised to drive forward Testronic’s mission of providing exceptional, player‑centric solutions while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with its partners.
